    Beginning Reformer

    Beginning Reformer is an introductory class for students who are new to reformer Pilates. This class focuses on basic Pilates reformer movements. Emphasis is given to the basic spinal alignment and proper breath control on the reformer.

    Gentle Reformer

    Gentle Reformer is designed for those who prefer a less vigorous class. It includes gentle stretches and breathing as well as simple movements designed to systematically increase the range of motion and strength. This class is ideal for students with chronic symptoms such as muscle/joint pain, stiffness, weakness, or fatigue.

    Reformer Fusion

    Intermediate Reformer is designed for those who want to challenge themselves while gaining strength and stability. The emphasis of this course is on refining and building strength with more advanced poses/positioning on the reformer. May include movements from mat Pilates, barre,  tower, hand weights, heavy springs, and standing activities.

    Advanced Reformer

    Advanced Reformer is designed for clients who have been practicing reformer Pilates for a longer time and exhibit exceptionally good postural control in advanced positions. It focuses on improving strength with added focus on balance with resistance. Advanced reformer classes are not on the regular schedule and will be taught at random intervals.     Athletic Reformer

    Athletic Reformer is designed for clients who want to add cardiovascular benefits to their Pilates practice while continuing to build strength and stability. This class weaves heart-rate-boosting intervals into traditional reformer work using the jump board and dynamic movements. Athletic Reformer offers a challenging, energizing workout that improves endurance while maintaining proper form and control.

    Fit Springs

    Fit Springs is a full-body class that uses an overhead spring system to support standing, functional movement while following Pilates principles. This class focuses on balance, control, posture, and strength through smooth, flowing movements. The spring support reduces joint impact, allowing for greater range of motion and confidence, and makes Fit Springs a fun, approachable complement to reformer Pilates.
