Not at all. Many of our clients start with no Pilates experience at all. We offer beginner-friendly options, including Pilates Foundations and Gentle Reformer classes, and our instructors provide clear instruction and modifications so you can feel comfortable from your very first class.
-
You do not need to be flexible or fit to start Pilates or Fit Spring classes! Strength, flexibility, and confidence are things you build over time here. Everyone was a beginner once, and our goal is to meet you where you are and help you progress safely.

If you’ve never been on a reformer, Pilates Foundations or a private session is a great place to start. If you have some experience or feel comfortable learning in a group setting, Beginning Reformer is a good option. If you’re unsure, we’re always happy to help you choose the best fit.
-
Yes. With a background in physical therapy, our studio places a strong emphasis on safe movement and proper form. We offer Gentle Reformer classes and provide modifications in all classes to support injuries, joint concerns, osteoporosis, and post-surgical needs.
-
Fit Springs is a standing-based spring system that follows Pilates principles while focusing on balance, control, and functional movement. The overhead springs offer support and can reduce joint impact, making it approachable for many clients. While Pilates experience is helpful, Fit Springs is designed to be accessible and can be a great complement to reformer Pilates.

We generally recommend taking classes two to three times per week for best results. Many clients notice improvements in strength, balance, posture, and confidence within the first few weeks of consistent practice.
-
Classes are 50 minutes long. Most clients do not feel the need to shower afterward and are able to return to their day feeling energized and refreshed.
-
Yes. We intentionally keep class sizes small so instructors can walk the room, cue form, and offer individualized feedback. You’ll receive personalized instruction while still enjoying the motivation and energy of a group setting.
-
Yes, private training is available. Many clients choose private sessions as part of their intro experience or when they want extra support, injury-focused guidance, or one-on-one attention.
-
Absolutely. Creating a welcoming, non-intimidating environment is a core value of our studio. There are no cliques here, and our clients and instructors go out of their way to make new people feel comfortable and supported.

We recommend beginning with one of our New Client Intro offers, which include Pilates Foundations classes or private sessions. These options are designed to help you learn the basics, build confidence, and find the right class path for you. If you have questions, we’re always happy to help — just reach out or book your first class.
